Cancellation Policy for Zoe, PLLC Telehealth Services

Effective Date: February 27, 2025

At Zoe, PLLC, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and flexibility is important. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair approach for both our patients and healthcare providers. Please review our policy regarding appointment, subscription, and product cancellations.

Subscription Cancellation

  1. Notice Period: To cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected]
  2. Method of Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by reaching out to customer support via email.
  3. Refunds:
    • Less than 7 Days’ Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the upcoming billing cycle.
    • More than 7 Days’ Notice: If you cancel more than 7 days before the next billing cycle, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days of the current cycle.
  4. Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Zoe, PLLC services until the end of your current billing period.
  5. Telehealth Fee: The initial telehealth fee will not be refunded if your medical profile has been reviewed by a provider. As provider consultations require a significant time investment, refunds cannot be issued for completed visits.

Product Cancellation

Due to the nature of medical products, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures that all products remain sterile, safe, and uncompromised upon receipt.

Appointment Cancellation

  1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your telehealth appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if you miss the appointment without prior notice, a $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact our customer support team immediately to discuss your specific situation. We will work with you to accommodate exceptional circumstances.

Changes to Policy

Zoe, PLLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy regularly for updates.
